Rahman Ali AL sayegh wealth
of experience and in-depth industry knowledge spans a wide range of specialties,
including project management and petroleum asset evaluation operations. He was
appointed as Executive Director for Environment, Health, Safety and Quality and
Corporate Affairs Directorate overseeing the functions of key divisions within
the Group including Group Legal and Group Communications in addition to EHSQ.
Abdullah Buamim Al Muhairi
Board Member
Abdullah holds a Bachelors in Science of Finance
degree from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). He is
also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since
2013.
Abdullah has been with United Investment Venture Corporation
since 2012 and currently serves as a Board Member to focused
on executing UIVC
Abdulrahman Mohamed Nasser Rashed
Chief Investment Officer
Abdulrahman holds a Master of Business Administration Finance from University of Denver, USA. Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is United Investment Venture Corporation Chief Investment Officer in strategic Investment, finance, and business transformation, with over three decades of experience. He brings to the table his rich experience across business ownership, financial management, M&A and restructuring, fund raising, commercial and customer operations, business development in rapidly changing business environments.
His early career days, he served as Head of Portfolio Finance at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where he implemented significant improvements in key strategic and operational metrics to enhance shareholder value. He held several multitudes of lucrative and businesses positions globally.
Yahya Saeed Al Haj
Board Member
Yahya holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and Advanced Management Program, Harvard Business School Strategic Leadership Program from Said Business school Oxford University.
Yahya is a strong leader whose initiatives contribute to the success of UIVC, and the economic vision and growth of UAE. Previously he served as the GM of the OBS Group. He is on the board of Ajman Holding, Universal Paints & Chemical Industries and Capital Club, and is also a member of the Service Council in Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
Has been hailed by stakeholders across the globe as a key spokesperson spearheading the progression, development and growing acceptance of Islamic finance across the world. His cutting-edge perspectives and progressive outlook are already creating waves in strengthening the world-wide appeal of this fast-emerging industry.
Hamad Ali Elgari

Hamad holds a Bachelor's Degree in in Business Administration from the University of Jordan, a Masters and Ph.D. in various disciplines of Science, Engineering and Management in United Kingdom and United States.
He has held various diplomatic positions and has been appointed to the Boards of numerous companies both in the UAE and overseas. The companies under his charge cover a wide spectrum of commercial and charitable organizations. His strong leadership skills with a lot of awards -winning. He is the Chief Executive Officer of United Investment Venture Corporation.
Abdulaziz Mohammed Muntathir
Board Member
Abdulaziz holds Master of Science Degree in Finance from the
University of Strathclyde (UK) and a Fellow Chartered
Institute of Bankers (UK). He has attended a host of
Specialized Executive Management Development Programs at
International Institutes of worldwide repute such as
Strathclyde; London and INSEAD Business Schools. He is also
a member “The British Scholarships of Oman”, a local
organization that sponsors outstanding Omanis for post
graduate studies in the U.K. He is the Chief Executive
Officer of OMINVEST, major shareholder of Oman Arab Bank.is
an experienced and professional banker with more than 28
years of experience in the banking industry and capital
markets. He was the CEO of Ahli bank SAOG and was primarily
responsible in converting a single product mortgage bank
into a full-fledged commercial bank. Abdulaziz has held
positions of increasing responsibility in all major areas of
Banking. He started his career with Oman International Bank
and served in various Boards of companies across the
Sultanate including ONIC Holding, Al Ahlia Insurance
Company.
